Hejhej,

@lars20070 pointed out that an automatic conversion of KNIME workflows to Galaxy is possible. He referenced this paper.

OpenMS provides some KNIME workflows for different tasks in proteomics and metabolomics. Those are also explained in the OpenMS tutorial.

Automatic conversion of these workflows would be nice. However, I believe that the OpenMS tutorials do not reach our GTN standards. If we take the effort of establishing automatic conversion, we should maybe also convert / improve the OpenMS tutorials.
