Update to Jenkins 2

Maybe the pull request from @zyegfryed is actually sufficient. I wanted to stick more with the new Jenkins setup :

• new PID file location
• new /etc/default/jenkins
• skip the setup wizard which prevents using Jenkins before the UI is unlocked
