Restart network #170

On Raspberry with debian buster and VM (Virtualbox) with debian buster i have problem with restart network. it's freeze on: RUNNING HANDLER [Stouts.openvpn : Restart networking (Debian)] * This is a bug or no? Thanks

I can't really tell. What happens if you ssh into the machine and restart the service manually?

The network does not restart, it turns off.
