Optionally create config with all material in one file.

Thank you for writing this, @mowgli. I just merged #56, which provides the same functionality with a slightly different approach with more granular output, so I'm going to close this PR. (Also closed #55 just now, which was the first attempt at adding unified client profiles.)

I had the same in mind but went the easy way.

However, I see that it does hard code keys directory and not openvpn_keydir.
