Framework missing picture #15

In the framework, the laptop in the medical building uses image: skeletonpic2.paa. This image file does not exist and therefore it is not possible to load a mission in multiplayer. Remove the picture or change it.

I will remove init call in the laptop, and that should fix the issue.
