It didn't post the comments I added, however, I tried everything that the other 
posts suggested prior to posting this and none worked.  I don't know where to 
go from here so I would appreciate the help.  Thanks

Make sure the file is named correctly and doesn't have ".txt" extension in the 
end. Also, make sure it is saved in plan text (use the appropriate item from 
"Format" menu in Textedit)
