Add an ability to create diagnostic snapshot #26

Need to add an ability to create diagnostic snapshot, for troubleshooting 
purposes. So that users can provide diagnostic data from their machines when 
somethings goes wrong. 

The snapshot needs to be an archive and include:
* contents of the config file
* recursive listing of their music library
* all their generated crates from Serato (binary .crate files)
