itch sync forces "include subcrate tracks" behavior on windows platform #3

per zaguama:

the parent folder crate should not import all the subfolder songs as well, i 
think that if you have a particular set of songs on a parent folder it should 
just show those and the songs that are within a subfolder should show just what 
they have in there, just like ITCH allows you to choose if you want to show 
subcrate tracks or not on the main parent crate.

Again, it was a windows-specific issue. Hopefully now it is fixed.

The tool is not forcing any behavior now. Now it's all controlled by "library" 
-> "include subcrate tracks" option in serato.
