Add Scanner #9

Pretty straightforward, like "Optical Microscopy" there will be only "Instrument type" and "Image Type"

Instrument Type: "Scanner" Image Type: "No Polarizer" , "Plane Polarized" , "Cross Polarized" , "Other"

If "Scanner" could be put above or below "Optical Microscopy" in the list of options that would be wonderful.
