Need preferences page mockup #299

We need the preferences page mocked up with any user selections

@NathanNovak Do you have anything specific in mind? We have covered all the SS1 preferences already, except for "make public". That should go at the bottom of the "Active Project -> Project Description" pane.

@NathanNovak the one preference thing that I can think of that we have not addressed is that most people find the toggle of the spot buttons (straight to curved lines, for example) totally hidden or hard to do. Maybe under Shortcuts we can have a place where users can toggle between the different add spots buttons?

AddingSpotsPreferences.pdf @NathanNovak Here is a mockup of what the toggle buttons could look like. I agree that toggle between spot buttons is a bit of a hidden feature and should be made more explicit somewhere.
