structure description information from floating panel does not save in notebook

Describe the bug A clear and concise description of what the bug is. information entered in the floating panel (on left) does not save in notebook if you take the measurement before entering the info similar issue for 3d structure panel measurements

To Reproduce Are you able to reproduce the problem in a new project after restarting the app? Yes

Steps to reproduce the behavior:

1. Go to a spot
2. Click on measurement button
3. take the measurement
4. enter information on the panel on the left below the compass--like planar feature type (or, if a fold, fold description)
5. hit close
6. view info in notebook
7. orientation is saved but not the additional descriptive information

Expected behavior A clear and concise description of what you expected to happen. save all the information from the left panel

• StraboSpot Version 1.24.0

Additional context Add any other context about the problem here. This may be a workflow issue not a bug, as I can usually solve the problem by taking the measurement after entering all the information or re-entering the descriptive information directly in the notebook. It would be nice if that didn't matter, or the "close" button was a "save" button.

@ellennelson10 Can you take a look at this please? The functionality of the compass is working correctly but the user experience is a little backward.

This is a workflow issue in how users are saving and then editing the measurement data. I'm working on a solution, and will update in the near future.
