Describe the bug This project contains images that were uploaded in 2022/2023. The Images do not load and the thumbnail is replaced with with "Image not found" text (screenshot below). This occurs on both the web viewer and my tablet, when I download the project from server.

To Reproduce

Steps to reproduce the behavior:

  1. Open home tab
  2. Open image gallery

Did you download the images as well? They are downloaded separately from the project text data. Look in the Active Project page to the right of the toggle for each dataset.

Can you see the images in the web version? Also, people have had images fail when there is not enough space on their device. How is you device storage?

Thanks for looking into this!

Can you see the images in the web version?

No, the screenshot in the original post was from the web version. I just get those thumbnails with the text.

Also, people have had images fail when there is not enough space on their device. How is you device storage?

Device has ~140GB of free space. Downloading photos from other projects works fine.

That makes it seem like the photos never uploaded. The web version pulls directly from the server. Other photos from that time frame and earlier in other projects still work fine.

Were they working on web/downloading before? When did they stop working? Do you still have the original photos? @NathanNovak Do you have any ideas?

I'm not 100% sure if they were working on the web or not before. I have the original photos on the iPad.

When I import five of the original images into the project now, they function correctly in the app. However, after uploading the project to the server, these five images upload successfully, while the 26 missing images generate an error indicating they were not found on the device.

I’m not concerned about losing any data; I just wanted to flag the issue when I came across it.

@JoeIbrahim Can you backup and send me that project? I created a KU One Drive link that you can upoa the project to. Be sure to attach all the images.

Thanks!
