It's possible to export the site preferences as an optic, but it should of course also be possible to import them again. I think the correct approach here would be to simply append the liked/disliked/blocked sites from the imported optic to the sites the user has already defined in their preferences (without duplicates). This way, sites would not unexpectedly be removed from the users site preferences.
