highway=construction contruction=* is not shown at all #72

It's the same on F4Maps. Only landuse=construction is rendered, and with animated tower cranes. Can highway=construction and railway=construction have (static initially) bulldozers on them? Otherwise not clear what the unfinished foundation layer is.

What is https://github.com/StrandedKitty/streets-gl/tree/dev/src/resources/models/tracked_crane used for now? Using it in place of a bulldozer is good enough.
