Alright I've added all these prefabs and icons into eco.unity and taken care of some basic issues with prefabs like occupancy. I will split this up into multiple tasks probably for the code and balance team since some of these objects will require new features and most if not all will not be intended to go into 9.2.

[x] Paper Machine [WATER IN, SEWAGE OUT, NEEDS ELECTRICITY] : Pulp, (Bleach?) → Paper

[x] Easel : Paper, Ink, Paint, Charcoal, Dye → Drawings,Paintings, Signs

[x] Mailbox(s) : Stores Letters and Books from players and Gov.

[x] Icon All of these objects are more or less done, they just need icons and prefabs, have at it!

For 9.2: Boiler needs a prefab + material and an icon. Paper Printing Press and Paper Machine need icons. Easel and Mailbox need prefabs, and icons.
