Split plants into PlantEntity (drops crafting items) and CropEntity (drops edible items), then make one growth factor for plants, one for crops, one for trees.
Introduce a plant growth multiplier to difficulty.eco, with a lower default for singleplayer.
In all plants there should be a variable that's set inside of one of the configs that's added and is set to a default of 1, and is the number that the plant growth time is divided time. That way instead of editing multiple plant files for modding, it's just one option.
Same thing for anything that has a growth rate (trees, etc).
