Possibility to rename players #19244

Player names can be used to troll ingame chat due to either being the name of an item ingame or due to commonly used words, due to the lack of admin able to rename a player, a server option for having player names auto link or not should be created.

Cannot feasibility do it based off dictionary due to the multi language nature of Eco Servers and clients so server based option for this will be best if not the below for just renaming.

Admin ability to rename a player would probably be more beneficial (only admin ability to prevent scamming then renaming by a player) and a major QoL feature for longer term servers

if admin will can rename players name it will be wery well for RP servers

Seems this exists by doing /objects edit citizen,ID but rep breaks and needs restart of server for personal credit.

Not sure what else breaks
