Create Discord Bot for and possibility to link accounts #19517

You should be able to:

  1. Enter your Discord-ID in the SLG Account page
  2. The bot should then assign the fitting roles to the player
  3. If the player removes or changes the discord account, the roles should be taken again.

Roles that should be assigned: Alpha Backers for anyone that has icon alphaicon or alpha4packicon Four Pack Tier for anyone that has icon alpha4packicon, beta4packicon Developer Tier for anyone that has icon devtier Wolf Whisperer Tier for anyone that has wolficon Kickstarter Backers for anyone that has kickstarter icons

This should be easily adjustable in case we change roles or add new ones.

Optionally: Have the bot log its actions to channel moderation-log in discord. Like: "Granted user X roles Y and Z" and "Removed roles x, Y and Z from user B"
