Selecting 'hide' on the specialties view should also hide the star meter #20556

When you select this:

It should hide the star bar too, but currently doesnt.

Also while youre in here center that starburst below, its off center.

Rename them to make more sense as well.

"Show always" is a bit off

"Always Show" makes more sense to me but maybe its a english/american thing? Maybe "Always Display"? And display in general seems like a more proper term usage?
