Successful meteor destruction feature

After the destruction of the meteor, spawn a couple dozen meteorites crashing down (fragments of the meteor). This will put a nice punctuation mark on a successful server completion and spawn a new immediate need of cleanup and repair.

Additionally, make all meteorite pieces spawn a new single block at their center, a rare metal, only found in meteorites (find an actual metal name to use), and we can make some recipes that use this for decorative and special objects.

It would be cool to add meteor fragments as another "disaster" so you could have a server that has meteor hits regularly instead of one big one (which would change the goals of the server drastically)

"Meteorite" could be used for a more "Gamey" terminology for it As most meteors/comets/asteroids simply contain most common minerals some do contain rare non earth mineral compositions as far as my understanding goes, astrology isn't my strong suit.
