[0.9.3.5 Release-231] Missing Biodiesel.cs file did not download when validating through SteamCMD [Linux] #21997

I'd somehow accidentally deleted the Biodiesel file inside of Mods/AutoGen/Block. Normally I'd recalled validating through steam grabbing all of the files that were missing or corrupted. This time, however it did not download the missing Biodiesel file. This is with an Eco Server running on Ubuntu 20.04.2

I think it's an issue with Steam CMD, or possibly my syntax with Steam CMD. Probably not an error on SLG's end
