Due to the new mechanics in 9.4 of waterwheels needing to be in rivers and windmills having wind/space infront of them, players have been getting creative in transferring power to places, the main one being using mills because VERY cheap to make and small

Tables that are not enabled should not expand the power grid ie a mill just in the open air.
