USER ISSUE: Unable to start a server or join a server #23809

Steps to Reproduce: I tried to set up a server, the screen is loading. I get the error message from below

Expected behavior: The world should have loaded.

Actual behavior: The following error message popped up:

This means that you are not able to reach our authentication server, typically an issue with antivirus or security software, can also be caused by VPN or ISP settings. This is hence not a bug, but rather a support issue for support@strangeloopgames.com, where you can reach out to.

Please note that if you at the same time cannot join a third party server, that is a different issue if other people can join that one, as authentication is done server-side, so it either works for the whole server or doesn't. Make sure to provide separate logfiles for that occasion to support.
