Can't place blocks (Phantom trees?) #3261

Issue: Can't place blocks in certain spots (2 spots identified). Met with chat error message: "Can't place a block there"

Version: 6.3.1

Steps to reproduce: Try to place any block in this space. 100% reproducible.

Other notes:

Swinging the axe at a certain area within the block displays tree chopping particle graphic as well as tree chopping sound. I speculate the issue is related to the crowns of trees. The particular block is 6 units above the natural ground level.

Additionally, there is another space nearby at the same elevation where blocks cannot be placed. Another sign it might be due to the trees.

Server restart fixed this issue, apparently.
