USER ISSUE: Generic connection failed #4117

Version: 0.7.0.5 beta

Steps to Reproduce:

  1. Have friend create new world
  2. Use steam overlay's "Join Friend"

Expected behavior: I should have joined the game

Actual behavior: The following error message popped up:

"Connection Failed"

Was your friend on the same network as you?

No; I worked with metachromism on Discord to diagnose and he said it was due to the difficulty file in the server folder being blank, as well as the networking needing refresh for the NAT ports to map. Hope this helps, -DVD
