Add leather as a craftable resource #1100

Something that came up on the test server from our hunter / butcher - they tend to end up with a bit too many pelts and not enough things to consume them. Perhaps it would be nice to be able to turn both the pelts and the hides into leather. One recipe could be hides into leather, the other could be "patchwork leather" that takes more pelts and turns them into leather as well to have a bigger sink for those. Then that leather could be used in tailoring or other places where you'd use a hide right now.

The leather could also have some long-term sinks if #1077 gets implemented - maybe seats would have to be re-upholstered, or some machines would be running on leather belts.

With the addition of Cotton Cloth and Wool Cloth, it would be nice to also have Leather as another type of craftable cloth type. As mentioned above, it would be made from the Leather Hide primarily, but also have a separate patchwork recipe for the Pelts.
