[0.9.0 staging-1542] - Law Statistic Request - "Sum of Action Value" #1114

It is not currently possible to access many statistics other than through their respective triggers. For example: 'amount of labor contributed' can only be accessed while using the 'add labor to work order' trigger. Similarly CO2 produced, currency traded, calories consumed, etc. You can count actions, but not sum their values.

It would be useful to be able to use these statistics in calculations. Examples: Give a subsidy to all players based on the amount of labor they have contributed in a period of time. Tax based on the total amount of currency spent in a government store. Etc.

You can try to use Custom stat for this one (it can be found in the Then section). Maybe we will make it wider later, so moving to suggestions,

@beastyn Thank you! Custom stat is perfect for this - I didn't know it was possible to use it this way.
