USER ISSUE: Can't place Doors adjacent to rugs #1582

Steps to Reproduce:

  1. Place a Rug near an opening for a door
  2. Try to place an actual "door" in the opening
  3. Confirm an error message "can't place there, blocked" displays

(This is just reported from Coast Redwood)

Expected behavior: It should allow you to place the door

Actual behavior: Blocks the door from being placed

Do you have mods installed? Does the issue happen when no mods are installed?: No Mods

Hi @Mkorny

Thank you for writing this report. This is actually not a bug since the rug occupies a block which then ultimately causes it to block the doorway for doors that prompts the error you see. However, I understand that this is not a realistic case and should be placed. I will forward your report to our suggestion repository instead so that our devs can see this report and consider such cases in our future game improvement for Eco.
