Combining "Stairs" and "Float Stairs" doesn't let you walk up stairs any more. #1684

Game version: 0.9.6.1 beta release-337 Observation and description: (this is about ashlar, I have not tested any other materials) The setup is a stairway leading up in normal fashion (next stair block is always placed 1 to the front and 1 up). In the following, I will describe how to create the stairway to replicate the bug. 1) Placing the stair shape of type "Stair" to make stairs lets you walk up said stairs properly. 2) Placing the stair shape of type "Floating Stair" to make stairs lets you walk up said stairs properly. 3) Placing the stair shape of type "Floating Stair" first and using the stair shape of type "Stair" to complete the stairway at any point doesn't let you walk up the stairs at the shape's transition any more. Expected Behavior: No matter which stairs you combine (be it different materials or different shapes) you can always use the stair for it's intended function: traverse heights without the need for jumping. Assumption: The stair shape of type "Stair" makes your avatar do a little jump at the instance you step on the stairs the first time. My assumption is, that this difference in height hinders the smooth transition between the different stair types. If you place both types of stairs next to each other at the same height and use sidestepping (i.e. A and D by default), you can clearly see, there is a difference in height stepping on the same "stair step".
