[Suggestion] New Tractor Shovel module for Steam Tractor #1693

As a Farmer, would be nice to have a new Tractor Shovel module that would allow the Steam Tractor to get DIRT only.

This will not compete with the Skid Steer since this module will not be able to brake Rocks or Ores or Pick Crushed Rocks or Crused Ores.

Only DIRT.
