I do fully agree that this would be a useful and nice QoL feature to have, but it's not a bug either, as it works as designed. The contracts are more of a framework to keep track manually and get some semi-automation for some contract taks, but always requires additional manual work to do. That is also backed up by the fact that if you do not pay a loan, there is absolutely nothing happening without the loan giver doing something - enforcing something only being possible by a law, so this builds up on users having created a process to do so on the server - other than that loans are a matter of trust.
Moving over to suggestions as well, but I'll keep a track on this one, at least for the amount of the contract taken, that seems to be a quick one.
also sorry for constantly creating issues in the wrong project. I could swear the suggestions project is "new" (didn't exist when i joined this party)
I can't say for sure, as I don't know when you joined the party, but it's been here for a loooong while. It's fine though :)
1 week after it was published on steam :D so make that 5 years
Currently, the loan does not show how much debt was actually taken (a loan can e.g. be 1-300$) one has to manually check the account history for the value. Also, the loan contract does not show payback progress, which also has do be manually checked via account history.
