Half Blocks

This is a simple thing and is nearly fully for cosmetic reasons but I think Half-Blocks in the form choice menu would be an amazing thing to have within Eco; especially for creating things like custom made spiral staircases or some other builds; I am sure the community will manage to surprise us!

Not only half blocks but that 45% wall that every single server with mod has. I miss that so much when I play on Vanilla.
