I believe i read something about this in a Google Drive document and while it has been talked about Demographics and Government Property already (but as in "Acting as World Leader") i wonder if this feature will still come, as it will give a huge boost to possibilities in the game.
Also Bank Accounts were a thing that could be linked to specific government titles and taxes specifically could go there. Also government property that is shared between several different government positions or belonging to a specific offical should be one.
