Construction crane #887

The current crane is a neat vehicle, especially when you're moving things from side to side. It's a bit less useful when you want to move things back and forth - you have to crank the crane up/down while changing the line length to compensate.

Perhaps a good alternative crane design would be a construction / tower crane:

It wouldn't be moving up or down, but instead the place where the rope attaches would move back and forth. This would make moving freight somewhat easier. Could be an alternative, perhaps higher-tier construction than the current crane.

Also, a fun side note - tower cranes can elevate themselves, which might be a neat feature:

I think this would be a great idea for a late game crane. The current one kinda feels like an industrial era crane, maybe like a steam/coal powered one made with iron, and this would be a fully modern crane made with steel.
