Master: QoL\Feature\Suggestion Large objects splitting\separate

Some new objects (master - 0.9) is really large, but... can be splitted. Maybe splitting to multi-object, like machinist table -> lathe\Shaper\Screw Press is better? E.g. court Requie judge's desk(1)+secretary table(1 or more)+defendant's desk(2 or more) in one room to function

or Government Office Requie main table(1)+Shelter(1 or more)+banner(2 or more) in one room to function

Or Board Of Election Requie main table (1)+Voting cabin(2 or more) in one room to function.

It's about letting you do two things. 1) Give players more freedom in decorating rooms. 2) In the future, this will allow the "levels" of room development to be made by tying up additional opportunities for additional items. e.g. Government Office - req only main table for function, + shelter? - more parameters available. + banners? - more territory available. etc...

Moved to suggestions tracker, as this works as intended. Government buildings may gonna be big.

This is not about size, this is about room planning... With current behavior, all objects looks identically.
