Reaper for linux was tested
That new glib thing is pushed everywhere. Why should we constantly upgrade? Code in assembler! We won't use any crap which requires upgrades.
I remove all useless.crap from.hdd. 100s of gigabytes!
Sorry I think this is related to https://github.com/StrangeLoopsAudio/gRainbow/issues/85#issuecomment-1925204730
I think the way we are packaging these binaries for Linux via the CI is messed up
I built it locally (the way I have been testing everything) here https://github.com/StrangeLoopsAudio/gRainbow/releases/tag/v1.0.3
If you could confirm this works, then will be happy to look into the current CI system builds
Perhaps i don't understand smth but how can a plugin weight 70mg if entire win98 os was only 40mg? Kind of strange. Also first vsts were measured in kilobites. They had no guis but anyway all this is very strange what's going on in programing. Internet has become 10 times slower than in 2009 and programs 100 times bigger than in 90s.
Anyway lv2 provided by you gives same loading error.. It seems that win dlls are the way to go for granular via linvst.
Can anyone compile it with old glib? I don't understand this trend to make us upgrade all the time. The os is stable. Upgrades may ruin stability and even block available features.
V.0.4 lv2 that i had fails to load into reaper. I wanted to check if it is worth the hassle vs themangle and other commercial products but could not.
