Admin panel tabs not visible on mobile #16

Issue

When opening the admin panel at /admin/index.php on mobile, the tabs on the left-hand side are completely hidden on mobile - making the other tabs inaccessible

Resolution

Implement the bootstrap "dropdown-toggle" to create a dropdown to switch tabs on moible
