Enhancement: Add favorite materials in texture browse [Hammer] #188

Hammer ## Describe your enhancement suggestion in more detail:

add the ability to select textures to have as favorite and a check box or something similar to filter for favorites. can be useful for textures that are used often on every map (such as tool textures) or whatever else mappers commonly use :)

There is a "favorite material" option but it currently only allows selecting a single material to use as a favorite. Support for multiple favorites would probably come after the Hammer UI rewrite.
