Skybox viewer #275

A way to see what skyboxes are available and preview them like a model viewer

Since we now have a skybox preview on the viewports, it could just swap the preview temporary while selecting the skyboxes, since it would probably be even better, because you could take a look at how it would look with your map. Would this appear when clicking Map > Properties > Skybox? It could show a simple material browser that just filters for sky materials.
