Describe your feature suggestion in more detail

HLMV is old and jank. It should be replaced with a new cross-platform model browser using Qt.

This should also be implemented using reusable widgets, so they can be used in Hammer and other engine tools.

At the very least, the model browser should contain:

Viewer settings (Draw wireframe, grid, etc.)
Basic model properties
List of set flags
Activity list
Sequence list
Skin list
Camera orbit

Some other nice to haves:

FXAA in viewport
Free move camera
Take screenshot
Particles
