Enhancement: Water overlay upon entering water textured brush. #858

Describe your enhancement suggestion in more detail

A neat togglable feature to have would be to apply the water overlay effect when the player enters a brush with the Water material applied to any of it's faces. This would help with making underwater maps as it'd provide accurate judgement of the map's visuals underwater as you are making the map, allowing you to easily adjust the visuals.

Is it for func_water_analog ?

No, func_water_analog does not allow for the Water shader to be applied to my knowledge, the Water shader, as far as I know is exclusive to world brushes. This aims for world brushes, though, if they make it work with func_water_analog through a FGD property for brush entities, that would be neat, as it'd allow for more than just water, which would be really neat.
