Remove model support on player start #114

Closes https://github.com/ChaosInitiative/Chaos-FGD/issues/113

This has caused nothing but problems and was seemingly only done for a single person. Reverts https://github.com/ChaosInitiative/Chaos-FGD/pull/86

Also changes formatting back to tabs. Every FGD file minus a few fixed in this PR are using tab spacing, so lets stick with that.
