Put static_prop in appliesto(engine) #141

It's a rename of prop_static, but other prop types do not have this type of rename, potentially confusing the mapper.

It's not in visgroups or in either of the factories

Actually dynamic_prop and physics_prop do work, all three are basically old aliases I put in for completeness. It won't show in factories since static props aren't "real" entities in engine.

Oh I see my bad, the other 2 aliases are appliesto(engine) but static_prop isn't, should it be?

Yup! That will be fine for our purposes.
