fix: Re-add jeep inputs that were missing #195

I can merge this as it doesn't rely on anything as they all already exist, but I've updated the descriptions for my vehicle MR as it will change the behaviours

Also, NoHazardLights doesn't exist in Strata, it's mapbase specific but I'll add it in my MR too.
