Stuff like linked_portal_door so games that USE_PORTALS can use em

linked_portal_door is the only USE_PORTALS entity. USE_PORTAL_GUN will be things like portal cleanser and stuff, but momentum doesn't have a need for them so eh. Closing this as it was fixed by #70 .
