ALSO: paint fizzler instances, gel bomb spawner instance, underground button "overlay" and white tractorbeam frames.

for context: the previous pull request was too messy and had many trash additions/changes, this version does NOT.

dirty elevator should now load it's own instances since i fixed the search path (they weren't looking in the community folder)

yes, observation rooms arent actually deleted. old aperture configurable cube droppers done.

I appreciate the work! Can we get a full description of changes made here? Some of the commit messages aren't super descriptive :P

I'll have one of our level designers review the changes soon!
