Bug: Vortigaunt charge on d1_canals_01 causes an engine crash #1046

Have a vortigaunt attempt to initiate a suit charge at the underground railroad

This is happening because of missing particles. you can probably pull in the vort particles from hl2 and add it to the particles manifest to fix it.

That shouldn't be crashing though, it should just show the spray of red crosses. I would think that trying to charge a non-existent HEV suit would be the cause of the problem, but I'm not the one looking at the code.

I believe it's because it's trying to use control points which don't exist in the error pcf
