Energy pellets are broken in P2CE #1387

Describe the bug

Energy pellets are broken in P2CE, they are not collide with player correctly and don't kill player. Also energy pellets can't kill NPC if portal near it. Video there I show this. https://discord.com/channels/663715905267564564/771063726555660312/1121038762407891007

To Reproduce

1.1. Open map testchmb_a_04. 1.2. Try to suicide thanks energy pellet. 1.3. Pay attention that energy pellet go through player.

2.1. Open map testchmb_a_04. 2.2. Place blue portal. 2.3 Create on the platform npc_zombie thanks ent_create npc_zombie. 2.4. Pay attention that it's don't die if in portal bbox.

Erin said me something about AR2 energy pellets, but I don't think that it's should to be like this. It's not hard to create filter for player pellets and other pellets.
