Currently, the remote_view command cannot be set to toggle without using the alias command in a config file. As having it stay visible is much more useful, a toggle_remote_view command would be helpful, ideally replacing the existing bind in the controls menu.

Another option would be to just have cl_remote_view_toggle 1 or the like, which changes the behavior of the regular command. That would appear in the panorama settings menu.
