Weapons can be picked up even if `physcannon_mega_enabled` is `1` #1465

Describe the bug

You can pick up weapon if press USE key (also if stand near weapon) and select the weapon slot or use it thanks bind. You even can shoot for a short time, but weapon will be taken away, but viewmodel of weapon be saved. This problem is also in original Half Life 2 and episodes.

Expected that if physcannon_mega_enabled is 1 - unable to pick up by player weapons dropped from killed NPCs.

Issue Map

Half Life 2: Episode 1, Undue Alarm and Direct Intervention chapters. Half Life 2, Our Benefactors and Dark Energy chapters. Any technically. Mods that use physcannon_mega_enabled 1 and NPCs with weapons.

To Reproduce

  1. Open Direct Intervention chapter (map ep1_citadel_03).
  2. Stand near soldier.
  3. Let Alyx to kill the soldier (or do it by yourself)
  4. Spam your USE key to pick up dropped weapon.
  5. Use weapon.
